How?
When agreeing a sale ask the buyers to purchase their searches at the same time. Give them the link and QR code we supply.
The buyer then completes the purchase of the searches – which of course they’d usually have to pay for separately through their solicitor anyway.
We notify you that the searches have been ordered by that buyer for the specific property. At the end of the month we pay your branch £100 for each search purchased via you.
