Are you an Estate Agent?
Why use a PIP Dataroom?
A PIP Dataroom is an area to collate and store relevant property documents required for a house sale. Its purpose is to speed up the sale and make it more transparent. The site is a space to share all the information you, the buyer, the seller, and the seller's conveyancer will need.

-
It reduces the time between an offer being accepted and an exchange of contracts
-
It helps the buyer make an informed decision before making an offer
-
Makes communication MUCH quicker
-
It improves the quality of the offers, with fewer sales falling through

As the driver of the whole sales process, you, the estate agent, can control the PIP Dataroom. Register with PIP Ltd, open the PIP Dataroom, put the PIP Dataroom link on your property details and then assign the conveyancers and buyer when a sale is agreed. You, the conveyancer and the seller can post information to the site.
A Standard Property Pack can be purchased to automatically provide the core data to market a property and a step towards Material Information Compliance.
Getting started and registration
Registration is quick and simple. From the www.piphome.co.uk home page, click on the "Get Started" button and complete the short registration form.
Ensure you read the Getting started guide before going any further.
Opening a PIP
Any estate agent can register and open an account with Property Information Products (PIP Ltd). Estate agents can then open a PIP Dataroom for any or every property. Potential buyers can see the documents in the PIP Dataroom via a property specific link. These documents are split into a CORE PACK, OTHER DOCUMENTS and RESTRICTED ACCESS.
